Nizam Club
Billing and Credentialing Standard Terms and Conditions
The following Billing and Credentialing Standard Terms and Conditions ("Agreement")
specify the terms by which Nizam Club will credential members who wish to participate
in the Nizam Club Online Payment System.
1. PRICING OF SERVICES.
1.1 Payment of Fees. As part of the Online Application, Vendor Applicant
shall pay by Credit Card or debit card. The Member Applicant shall provide
valid credit card or debit card information.
Should Vendor Applicant's credit card information be incorrect or unavailable
for processing of payment, Applicant agrees that it shall provide any
additional credit and/or payment processing information as requested by Nizam Club.
1.2 Maximum Fees. The Fees detailed in Section 1.1 are subject to a per-Term
maximum of ten thousand rupees (10000) per industry. Nizam Club reserves the
right to change the maximum per-Term.
1.3 No Refunds. All Member Applicant online payment Fees are non-refundable
and non-transferrable.if the Member Applicant's fee will be adjust on next
payment upon extra payment.
