Members may please note that in the News-Letter - April-May,2009 it has been notified in third page "Programme - May 2009"
that Anthakshari will be held on 16th,Fashion Show on 23rdand D.J.Nite on 30thof May,2009.
In this regard,members are requested to note the changes as follows :
i. D.J.Nite will be held on 16thof May,2009 at 7.30 p.m
ii. Anthakshari will be held on 23rdMay,2009 at 7.30 p.m
iii. Fashion Show will be held on 30thMay,2009 at 7.30 p.m

| VEGETARIAN BUFFET DINNER |
| The Managing Committee has introduced Vegetarian Buffet Dinner on every Friday,Saturday and Sunday from
8.00 pm to 11.00 pm with effect from 8thMay,2009.
Members are requested to avail this facility.

| LIBRARY |
Members/Readers are requested to return the books borrowed from the library within the prescribed
time without fail; other wise penalty as detailed below will be imposed strictly with effect from
1stJune,2009:
i. Re.1/- per day for first one week
ii. Re.3/- per day upto one month ; and
iii. At the end of the month,cost of the book plus penalty

| MONTHLY BILL |
| Members are requested to obtained bills immediately for the items ordered.No bills will be attached
with the monthly bill. Monthly Bill will only contain the statement of account.

| NOTICE TO ALL MEMBERS |
As per the Club Bye-laws children below the age of 16 are not permitted in any areas of the club after
7.00 pm except in T.V.Lounge,Swimming Pool and Children's park.How ever,on special occassions when they are
accompanied by the parents they may remain in the club premises except the Bar.
It is brought to the notice of the management of the club that members' children using facilities of the club
are causing disturbance and inconvenience to the other members of the club . Please note that members are
responsible for the behaviour of their children and action will be initiated against the members for any
complain received against their children.
