1. Table Reservation plan will open from 4.00p.m. on 20.12.2021

2. Last date for Dinner Booking and table Reservation is 29.12.2021

3. Reservation for Dance arena: minimum charges for booking of each table will be for 4 persons,even if the booking is for less than 4 persons.

4. No dance table will be reserved for more than six persons.

5. Dinner booking does not include Table Reservation for Dance.Booking once made will not be Cancelled.

6. Members,who are booking dinner.dance reservation for co-members are required togive their names.

7. Member's Coupons are not transferable to guests.If any guest ueses the memeber's dinner coupon or dance coupon,the charges of guest will be debited to the host of such guest.entry of the guest in the dance arena is for couple only.No single male guest will be allowed.

8. Entry to dinner & dance arena is only for members & guests who have reservations.

9. Regular Dining Hall service,Party orders,Parcels and Lunch will remain suspended on 31.12.2011.

10. Dance and Dinner bookings will be accepted in smart card or credit.

11. Members are requested to collect the Guest Badges and request their guests to wear the same.Entry to dance arena is subject to table reservation.

12. Entry to the Dance arena is subject to dress regulations(DJ Loungue suit,Sherwani/dinner Jacket).Person(s) who is/are not observing dress code will be stopped at the main entrance.

13. Members are requested to carry their membership identity cards along with New Year Booking Coupons. This to guard against unauthorized entry into the club premises.

14. Children above 5 years will be charged as individuals.

15. Member's reservation coupons will be issued with photographs.Members who intended to attend the function are requested to submit photographs.

16. Dinner Service will be withdrawn at 12 Midnight

17. Wrist bands will be used as out pass on 31.12.2021 to ensure security.Members are required to co-operate.
