ANNUAL GENERAL BODY MEETING 2010

The Annual General Body Meeting of the Nizam Club will be held on Sunday, the 19th September,
2010 at 6.30 p.m. at the club premises and elections on Sunday, the 26th September 2010 from
3 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the club premises.

AGENDA FOR ANNUAL GENERAL BODY MEETING: Sunday the 19th September, 2010.

To confirm the Minutes of the Last Annual General Body Meeting held on Sunday the 20th
September 2009 and Elections held on 27th September,2009.
-
To consider the Report of the Managing Committee.
-
To adopt the audited annual accounts for the year ending 31,March, 2010.
-
To approve the budget for the ensuing year 2010-2011.
-
To appoint the auditors for the ensuing year and to fix their remuneration.
-
To sonsider any proposal or subject under rule 21(e).

Election for the post of President, Joint Secretary and three members of the Managing Committee.

Nomination papers have to filed at least 20 clear days before the date of election
i.e., 6.00 p.m. on 5th September,2010.

Scrutiny - 7th September,2010 at 3.00 p.m.

Last date for withdrawal - 10th September,2010 at 6.00 p.m.

The election rules have been posted on the Notice Board.

The Vice President will be the Returning Officer.

Polling will commence from 3 p.m. and will be closed at 9 p.m. on 26.09.2021

Members are required to carry their identity cards.
